I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to authorize and regulate the establishment

and use of installations for the purpose of Wireless

Telegraphy

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.

To enable the Governor to issue licences for the in-

-stallation of wireless telegraphy, subject to such condi-

-tions as may from time to time be found desirable in the

public interest.
